Lamb Yiros Bowl

Quinoa tabouli, topped with lamb, hommus and greek yogurt.

*be careful of ingredients ie preservatives


1 x lamb leg steak (or *pre-prepared lamb yiros meat)

1 tablespoon pot set greek yogurt


1 small clove garlic, grated

1 teaspoon of dried oregano

1 teaspoon of lemon juice

1 teaspoon of olive oil


  • Combine lamb marinade ingredients in a bowl
  • Add lamb steak and coat well
  • Heat pan and cook lamb steak on each side for 3 – 5 minutes, allow to rest for 5 mins before cutting into 1cm thick slices
  • Make Hommus as per recipe
  • Make Quinoa tabouli as per recipe
  • Add quinoa to bowl and top with sliced lamb
  • Top with hommus and greek yogurt
