Protein Balls

Ingredients

2 cups of Medjool dates

1 cup of sunflower seeds

4 tablespoons of organic cocoa powder

3 tablespoons of collagen powder

1 tablespoon of coconut oil

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

2 tablespoons of sesame seeds

Method

  • In a food processor, combine sunflower seeds, chia seeds, sesame seeds and blend until chopped. Be careful not to over process

  • Add coconut oil, cocoa powder, salt and protein powder, blend until evenly mixed

  • Remove seed from dates and add to food processor. Blend until chopped through mix
  • Mix should stick together to form balls. Add more dates or coconut oil if mix is too crumbly

  • Roll into balls and (or press into tray or flat container and cut into squares) and refrigerate for 30 minutes before consuming
