Salmon Patties with Potato

Serve with lime and green salad, vege stir fry or raw Bok Choy salad

Ingredients

1 medium potatoes, cubed, cooked, mashed

150g cooked salmon, cooked skinless and boneless or canned


2 spring onions, finely chopped

1 small chilli, chopped (optional chilli powder to taste)


2 cloves garlic, minced


1 cm piece of ginger, grated

1/2 cup of red capsicum, finely diced

2 tablespoon coconut flour

2 teaspoon of tamari

1 teaspoon ground cumin


1 teaspoon ground coriander

Pinch of sea salt

5 sprigs fresh coriander, chopped

2 eggs, beaten
